Therefore, small groups as well as families with children are welcome at the Proihof farm. In addition to our fully equipped holiday apartments, we also offer beautiful double rooms. These are perfect for couples who don’t like to spend time in the kitchen during their vacation, but prefer to be pampered by our team with culinary delights and a delicious breakfast.

In order to enjoy a fully successful farm holiday with breakfast, after a restful night in our house you may look forward to a rich breakfast buffet with many South Tyrolean specialties – some products come directly from the Proihof farm. We serve our delicious breakfast in the sunny, newly built dining room, which guarantees a perfect start to your day.
Delicious homemade products
For your farm holiday with breakfast…
…we only serve products from the surrounding region. The regional specialties include cold cuts and various hams, as well as assorted bread types such as the “Vinschgauer”, the famous flat bread from the upper part of the Adige Valley made from rye and wheat sourdough. The meats for our breakfast buffet come from various partner farms, including the association “Graues Geisler Rind”, which adheres to the highest standards of sustainable meat production. The sweet breakfast products come mainly from the Proihof farm: the farmer’s wife bakes delicious cakes, and the honey for the breakfast buffet is produced in the farm’s own apiary. Since 2006, about 15 bee colonies have lived at the Proihof farm and produce various natural honeys. The busy bees are also responsible for another highlight on our breakfast table: fruit juices made from raspberries and currants.

“All inclusive” holiday in Villnöss valley in the Dolomites
A card with numerous services in and around the Villnöss Valley in the Dolomites. The new Guest Pass, which we provide free of charge to our guests, combines the free use of all public transport with free entry to the mineral museum in Teis.
In summer, you can take part in guided hikes and alpine tours, visit the swimming pools in Klausen and Feldthurns, or use the hiking buses free of charge. In winter, the card offers the free use of the “Filler” ski lift in Villnöss (once per week) and a free weekly ski pass outside the holiday periods, as well as guided snowshoe hikes and winter walks.
Moreover, there are various opportunities for wine tasting in participating wineries in the Eisack Valley.
In addition, several discounts complete the offer of the Slow Dolomites Card (Dolomiti Ranger, Adventure Park, Zans parking…).

From now on, you can conveniently charge your electric car directly at our property. While your vehicle is recharging, you can relax and enjoy our services or simply take a well-deserved break. This way, practicality meets comfort – sustainable, convenient and hassle-free.

Price Conditions & Discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
For each additional person (sofa bed), we charge €30.00 per night.

Surcharge for single room: on request.
The apartments can be booked with breakfast buffet: 14,00 € per person/day. (Children’s discount see below)
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread delivery service and the final cleaning.
Daily cleaning of the rooms is included, daily cleaning of the apartments is possible on request for an extra charge.
Local tax :
We are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 2,50 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.
The local tax is due for infrastructures and services maintenance, as well as for the organization of local cultural and sport events.

- Kids from 0 to 2 years stay with us free of charge
- Kids from 3 to 5 years: 15,00 € (23,00 € incl. breakfast)
- Kids from 6 to 12 years: 25,00 € (33,00 € incl. breakfast)

Pets
Your dog is welcome in the main house. Please bring your own basket or blanket. For your dog we charge 15,00€ per day (without food).
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (20%) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.
Terms of Payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but but the accommodations will ready for you only at 14 clock . In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your accommodations not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
According to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions:

The deposit is non-refundable in all cases, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
